Vinyl Anti-Fatigue Mats - Gray - Mat Size - PA-99382
The vinyl anti-fatigue anti-static sponge mat is permanently static controlled with the conductivity inherent in the polymer mix. The mats offer resistivity for point to point: 10(8) ohms. Even cuts of 1/16" deep or more will not appreciably affect the resistance to ground. The ComfortStat mat is a combination of polyvinyl chloride and butadiene-nitrile rubber exhibiting characteristics of better chemical resistance, improved surface durability and greater resilience than traditional vinyl foams. The anti-fatigue mats have a closed cell construction and the surface is a non-directional embossed texture. For optimum electrical performance, surfaces must be cleaned regularly with a mild detergent and water solution, or with anti-static topical. Do not use cleaners with silicon. The mat must be connected to a suitable ground. Rolls have beveled edges along the sides with all four sides beveled on the 2'x3' and 3'x5' mats.
Chemical Resistance: The ComfortStat vinyl mat is resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent, alcohols, solutions, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines and aldehydes.
